First rough art pass of area 1


Thought I'd finally get round to putting some art assets into the first scene! 

This is the common area inside the metal temple, where the disciples live, and comprises their rooms, a couple of bathrooms and a large open central area where they relax, pray and eat together. There is no outside light at all, so as well as getting the wall, floor and prop assets in, I also had to give it a lighting pass.

Then, some of the materials needed work, as the transparent shader is different to the regular shader, meaning I had to tweak settings of both and the overall lighting and post-processing to make them look similar in game.

So, this is all just a few hours work, but it's beginning to look like a game!

Honestly, I'm recovering from a cold at the moment and haven't got the brain power to think about working on game systems, and I just got tired staring at blockouts with temporary textures, so fancied playing around with something fun.

As mentioned, this will all need much more work done to it, but it looks decent as a first pass I think  :)
